The Fountain of Youth 3

How to Exist Forever Activating The Fountain of Youth.

Craving the Fountain of Youth? You've found it! Embrace these tenants, and unlock eternal vitality!

The Fountain of Youth, a mystical spring endowed with the power to grant eternal life, has captivated the human imagination for centuries. Its allure has been so compelling that countless leaders and rulers across the globe have squandered vast resources in a relentless quest to find it. The legendary general, Alexander the Great, was even consumed by an insatiable desire to uncover this fabled wellspring of rejuvenation. In Japan, whispers of hot springs with the capacity to restore one’s youth fueled countless myths and legends. Yet, despite the fervor of these claims, there remains a glaring absence of documented evidence to confirm the existence of such a fountain. But, I am privy to a secret unknown to others: the Fountain of Youth does indeed exist, concealed in the most unexpected of places. The key to unlocking its power lies within our very essence. Embrace these sacred tenets, and you shall uncover the true nature of the Fountain of Youth, unleashing the potential for eternal vitality that resides within each and every one of us.

Tenant One: Conquer Inflammation

Inflammation, the insidious saboteur of your inner Fountain of Youth, lies at the heart of all disease, even the dreaded cancer.

This stealthy adversary thrives on stress and the deprivation of love, sapping the very essence of our vitality and well-being.

With unwavering determination, embracing the powerful trio of yoga, exercise, and meditation/prayer can dramatically diminish stress, paving the way to a healthier, more vibrant life.

Notably, working out stands as one of the few potent methods for bolstering bone strength.

Additionally, yoga works wonders for cardiovascular health and helps regulate blood sugar levels, ensuring a robust and thriving body.

Though we’ll delve into meditation’s benefits later, it’s clear that these three activities form the invigorating Holy Trinity of Health.

Tenant One: Conquer Inflammation

So, what do you think stands between you and the activation of your inner Fountain of Youth? Medical professionals may have already guessed: it’s none other than inflammation, a response triggered by the immune system to defend your body. The prevailing theory suggests that inflammation is the root of all disease. Cutting-edge studies reveal that nearly every ailment, including cancers, originates from inflammation. For instance, Maria Abreu, a distinguished health professor at the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine, discovered a link between inflammation and colon cancer. This is just one among countless studies demonstrating the connection. It’s important to note that inflammation is a crucial immune system mechanism that helps stave off infections. The real problem lies in chronic inflammation and instances of unwarranted inflammation. But what fuels inflammation? Research indicates that stress and a lack of emotional support are primary culprits in driving this detrimental response.

STRESS

Tenant Two: Be Happy with Serotonin

Serotonin, the brain’s “feel-good” chemical, plays a crucial role in fostering happiness and well-being.

Alas, serotonin levels are often found to be alarmingly low! But why? The answer lies within our gut, which is responsible for producing a staggering 95% of our serotonin. Tragically, many individuals fill their guts with nothing but garbage!

Low serotonin levels wreak havoc, amplifying stress and casting a shadow over our overall health and happiness.

There is no path to happiness; happiness is the path. This is the true treasure map to the Fountain of Youth.

Naturally, taming stress is no small feat. However, if you possess the willpower, incorporating exercise, meditation, and yoga into your routine can work wonders in reducing stress. Three separate studies have shown that these activities significantly alleviate stress. Additionally, exercising and lifting weights can strengthen your bones, as revealed in another study—a crucial finding considering the limited ways to fortify our bones. Furthermore, a distinct study uncovered that yoga can greatly enhance cardiovascular health. Meditation also has profound health benefits that we’ll explore later, but the essence of this is that these three activities form the Holy Trinity of Health. Keep in mind that, along with their myriad of benefits, these activities combat stress, subsequently curbing inflammation—the underlying cause of all diseases.

Tenant Two: Be Happy With Serotonin

Serotonin, the chemical responsible for overall happiness, is the next critical key to reducing stress. Unlike its more fickle counterpart, dopamine, serotonin tends to remain more stable. Our local church priest always reminds us that turning to Jesus leads to a permanent state of joy—a state that relies heavily on our serotonin levels. Unfortunately, for most Americans, their serotonin levels are shockingly low. The reason? A revealing study discovered that a whopping 95% of all serotonin is produced in the gut. And what do many Americans fill their gut with? Garbage, plain and simple! Another study confirmed that low serotonin levels contribute to stress. By consuming healthy foods, you can bolster your serotonin levels, alleviate stress, and reduce inflammation. There is no path to happiness; happiness is the path. This is the true treasure map to the Fountain of Youth.

Tenant Three: Get Plenty of Grounding

Looking for a hassle-free way to reduce inflammation without resorting to grueling workouts and exertion of willpower? Ground yourself and unlock a host of benefits! A recent study has revealed that grounding can significantly curb inflammation. But what exactly is grounding? Think electrical problems: all outlets are equipped with a ground wire that channels any malfunctions straight to the earth, discharging any harmful energy. Similarly, when your skin makes contact with the earth or grounded objects, you too become grounded, allowing for a multitude of health benefits. After all, our bodies are meant to be grounded all the time. So, how do you ground yourself? Simply walk barefoot on the earth! Prefer not to go barefoot everywhere? No worries, affordable grounding mats can be placed on your bed, grounding you as you snooze. Why don’t more people take advantage of this? Firstly, it’s a new concept, and secondly, it threatens the profits of the pharmaceutical industry, which capitalizes on the proliferation of diseases like cancer.

Tenant Three: Get plenty of Grounding

Too lazy to lower inflammation with hard work and dedication? Have no fear just Ground yourself.

Grounding was found to significantly lower inflammation.

How do you ground yourself? Just go outside with your shoes off on bare ground, or hung a tree.

To cool to walk barefoot and hug trees? Well get a grounding mat, that can ground you will you sleep.

Tenant Four: Stop Eating Poison

Believe it or not, inflammation isn’t the only thing standing in the way of eternal youth. The truth is, many of the things we consume on a daily basis are slowly but surely killing us. And when I say killing, I mean straight-up murder. Take alcohol, for instance. Despite its well-known detrimental effects, many people still consume it on a regular basis. But this isn’t just the case with alcohol – it’s true for just about everything we put into our bodies. Shockingly, a study by the University of North Carolina found that only 12% of American adults are metabolically healthy. If you want to extend your lifespan, you need to put an end to these destructive habits. Let’s start by addressing the real villain: alcohol. There’s no excuse for drinking it, period. If you’re looking for a way to unwind or relax, try a psychedelic or non-synthetic edible cannabis product instead. Not only are these products less harmful to your health, but they’re also scientifically proven to be less dangerous than alcohol. In fact, two studies, “Ranking the Harm of Psychoactive Drugs” and “Global Drug Survey” (page 20), confirm this fact. So, ditch the booze and embrace a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle – your body (and your soul) will thank you for it.

That’s just the icing on the cake, let’s get to all the other foods/ingredients you need to avoid. I know this is difficult so I would recommend just cooking your own food. However, here is a list of things not to put in your body. Every product I am about to list is banned in Europe due to health concerns such as causing cancer. These products are consumed every single day by everyone. Buckle up this is a long one. All seeds oils, Acesulfame Potassium, Artificial Flavors, Aspartame, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Azodicarbonamid, BHA, BHT, Blue 1, Calcium Peroxide, Calcium Propionate, Caramal Color, Carrageenan, DATEM, Dimethylpolysiloxane, Highfructose Corn Syrup, Mono and Dglycerides, Methylparaben, MSG, Propylparaben, Propyl Gallate, Red 3, Red 40, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Benzoate, Sodium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite, Dosium Phosphate, Sucralose, TBHQ, Polysorbate 80, Titanium Dioxide, Potassium Iodate, Potassium Bromate, xanthan gum, Yellow 5, and Yellow 6. Honestly if you can’t pronounce the ingredient or it has a number attached, it most likely causes cancer. These substances should be ILLEGAL and are in Europe! This is more important than aliens people! There is something erroneous  going on here, and why no one cares is beyond me.

Tenant Five: Use the Highest Quality Water

Let’s shift gears and discuss another essential element in our lives: water. If you frequently rely on plastic bottled water, it’s time to reconsider that choice. A study discovered that 93% of bottled water exhibited signs of plastic contamination. Although no definitive research exists on the impact of microplastics on humans, it’s unlikely that they’re beneficial. This study offers insight into potential effects of microplastics on our bodies.

Tap water also warrants caution. While the quality of tap water varies, a common issue is its fluoridation. This article highlights the negative health impacts of fluoride, which, contrary to popular belief, isn’t beneficial. The real problem arises when we use tap water for cooking, washing our hands, and showering. Cooking foods like rice, potatoes, or soups with tap water causes them to absorb fluoride, rendering them potentially harmful. Furthermore, this study reveals that fluoride can be absorbed through the skin. Although showering and handwashing are necessary, be aware that you’re exposing yourself to low concentrations of a potentially harmful substance. These small amounts can accumulate over time, given how frequently we wash our hands and consume water.

Tenant Six: Don’t Sleep on Fasting

It may seem like much of what we consume is harmful, but fear not, for there’s a super secret cheat code to help cleanse our bodies of these toxins: Fasting. This ancient practice, revered across numerous religions, has recently found scientific validation for its numerous health benefits. Fasting is akin to unlocking the Fountain of Youth within ourselves!

Organizations like the True North Foundation employ fasting for cancer treatment, with several articles attesting to its advantages. Even the American Cancer Society has published an article on the subject. It’s logical that halting the consumption of potentially harmful substances would lead to health improvements.

While some might argue that depriving oneself of food is unhealthy, it’s quite the contrary when done correctly. Start slow, and remember to stay hydrated. You don’t have to imitate Jesus in the desert; simply embrace the power of fasting to rejuvenate your body and mind.

Tenant Seven: Get the Recommended Daily Nutrients, Every Day!

Tenant Four: Stop Eating Poison!!

North Carolina University found that only 12% of adults are metabolically healthy.

Alcohol, a substance widely consumed, is considered one of the most dangerous drugs. As an alternative, try non-synthetic edible cannabis products or psychedelics when seeking a recreational experience; these options may be far better for your health.

Interestingly, according to page 20 of the Global Drug Survey, mushrooms (a type of psychedelic) were found to have the lowest health risk among all drugs!

Always remember to stay informed, use substances responsibly, and adhere to local laws and regulations.

Nearly every processed food product in America contains an ingredient linked to cancer. It’s advisable for people to cook their own meals instead. Interestingly, the majority of these potentially harmful ingredients are banned in Europe.

All seeds oils, Acesulfame Potassium, Artificial Flavors, Aspartame, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Azodicarbonamid, BHA, BHT, Blue 1, Calcium Peroxide, Calcium Propionate, Caramal Color, Carrageenan, DATEM, Dimethylpolysiloxane, Highfructose Corn Syrup, Mono and Dglycerides, Methylparaben, MSG, Propylparaben, Propyl Gallate, Red 3, Red 40, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Benzoate, Sodium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite, Dosium Phosphate, Sucralose, TBHQ, Polysorbate 80, Titanium Dioxide, Potassium Iodate, Potassium Bromate, xanthan gum, Yellow 5, and Yellow 6.

If an ingredient is difficult to pronounce or has a number attached, it might be potentially harmful, with some linked to cancer.  These substances should be ILLEGAL and are in Europe!

This is more important than aliens people! There is something erroneous  going on here, and why no one cares is beyond me.

Tenant Five: Use the Highest Quality Water

Stop drinking water from plastic bottles! 93% of all water in plastic containers contain micro plastics.

Here is a study showing the possible affects of micro plastics on the human. I can sum it up it’s not good!

Stop drinking water from tap. Tap water is gross and fluoridated. Fluoride causes many terrible physiological effects.

When you cook rice, potatoes, or pasta with fluoride water that fluoride gets absorbed into the food that you eat.

Fluoride can also be absorbed through the skin and cause health issues. Think about that every-time you shower and wash your hands!

Tenant Six: Don’t Sleep on Fasting!!

Stop Panicking!! There is a super secret cheat code in life that removes all toxins from the body and that is fasting.

The True North Foundation along with the ALCS have studies on all the positive benefits of fasting like STOPPING CANCER.

Many people are concerned that starving yourself isn’t healthy. This is the quite the opposite, just start off slow, and make sure you still drink water. You don’t need to be Jesus in the desert here.

Tenant Seven: Get the Recommended Daily Nutrients, Every Day!

ZERO PERCENT of Americans are constantly reaching the daily recommended amount of all nutrients every single day.

There are a couple of nutrients like vitamin C and A that people are getting the correct amount constantly, but then their are nutrients like magnesium where just about zero percent of people are reaching the  daily amount.

Dr. Wallach is a naturopathic physician known for his research that cystic fibrosis is caused from a nutrient deficiency of selenium. Dr. Wallach believes that most diseases, including cancer, are caused from a lack of some type of nutrient.

I recommend getting life extension vitamins, and then also getting their magnesium vitamins too. Shilajit and Tumric extract are both excellent products to consume as well.

Tenant Eight: Activate the Parasympathetic Nervous System

Our sympathetic nervous system activates when we are in fight or flight.  During fight or flight our body produces cortisol, which is deadly to our health.

You think you are not in fight or flight. WRONG!!In this study it was found that simply receiving notifications on social media was found to cause fight or flight.

If you are experiencing stress of any kind you are in fight or flight as simply as that.

To activate the parasympathetic, get out of fight or flight, all you have to do is breath properly according to University of Toledo. The catch is breathing  properly, did you know that 90% of people are breathing incorrectly.

When breathing we should be diaphragmatic breathing, breathing with our belly not our chest. As well, you should be breathing out longer than your are breathing in. Why we are not taught this in school, by our parents, or doctors is one of life’s greatest mysteries.

Tenant Nine: Stimulate the Vagus Nerve

The vagus nerve is the longest nerve, it’s the nerve that travels from the brain across the spinal cord to every single organ in our body and is a part of the parasympathetic nervous system.

The vagus nerve is incredibly important in heart rate and the cardiovascular system found in a study.

The best way to improve your heart rate/cardiovascular system  is to improve your vagal tone, which is just increasing your vagus nerve activity.  This can be done using cold plunges, singing, and massages.

Tenant Ten: Maintain Perfect Posture Always

Dr. Gregg Gerstin, the lead chiropractor at Align Wellness Center, says that since the vagus nerve comes out of the brainstem of the brain into the vertical spine, if the spine is not aligned properly the vagus nerve will not be stimulated.

Did you know that 65% of adolescences in China have poor posture.

Also according to a study poor posture is significantly correlated to short lifespan.

I would recommend people get a posture corrector.

Tenant Eleven: Get All the Sun You Can Get.

Sunlight gives you vitamin D, boost serotonin levels, and helps maintain melatonin which helps sleep.

UVB phototherapy is ultraviolet radiation that kills skin cancer. Yes that’s right ultraviolet radiation can kill skin cancer in small amounts.

This thought that the sun is dangerous for you needs to end. Yes if you don’t go outside all year then you go outside on a hot summer day for three hours, then your skin will get damaged. That damage does in fact cause skin cancer. However if you work your way up slowly, working up to 3 hours, then your risk is nonexistent.

Dr. Leonard Coldwell is one of the leading doctors trying to change this mainstream paradigm of the sun. He believes that skin cancer is a non issue stating that skin cancer can be cured with hemp oil.

Tenant Twelve: Every Once in a While Trip Out on Psychedelics

I spoke a little earlier about psychedelics being a good alternative to alcohol. This is not a lesser than two evils situation, psychedelics are the key to finding your everlasting youth.

Psychedelics aren’t addictive and can help with anxiety, depression, and addiction.

Psychedelics allow for neurogenesis to occur. That literally means you become smarter.

Due to neurogenesis psychedelics are able to cure alzheimers.

Worried about breaking the law? Try out, blue lotus, a psychedelic that is fully legal.

Meditate

Tenant Thirteen: Meditation is the Fountain of Youth

The Relaxin-3 Receptor,RXFP3, Is a modulator of Aging related disease. Relaxin-3 is a receptor that gets activated when you are relaxed.

Meditation is one of the best ways to relax.

Meditation increases telomerase activity and telomere length. Which means on the cellular level you can live far longer.

Dr. Gregg Brandon, a well known public figure, has been publicizing the findings of  The Institute of Heart-Math.

When we have emotions of gratitude, appreciation, the signals it sends to the brain put the brain in a relaxed state.

Dr. Gregg Brandon recommends heart meditation where you incorporate these positive emotions into your meditation.

It was found that binaural beats can help put you in a meditative state. It’s the super cheat code to starting your meditations off right.

It was found that astragalus increases telomerase activity.

So when you meditate/pray make sure to listen to binaural beats, focus on loving emotions, and take astragalus.

Tenant Fourteen: Focus on your spiritual Health

If you notice during your meditation it is hard to think positive emotions, really feeling gratitude and appreciation. Well that is because your spiritual health is not where it should be.

The best way to improve your spiritual health is by getting reiki. What is reiki? Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation as well as reduce stress and anxiety through gentle touch.

Reiki is far stronger than placebo and has been used to treat physical issue like carpal tunnel.

Tenant Fifteen: See Medical Intuitives

Did you know medical intuitive’s are 94% accurate at diagnosing health issues?

Don’t want to get scammed. Most who are medical intuitives don’t charge if they are wrong.

The risk vs reward is so worth it you might catch something wrong with you much sooner than regular medicine can. I highly recommend a man named Patrice who lives in France.

Incorporating all these secrets will make you live longer the question is will you do it? Honestly people need to understand that we really don’t know how long a healthy person can live.

Why is it that only 15% of people are metabolically healthy and 0% are getting the daily recommended nutrients? Why does no one know that you can sleep with a ground mat and reduce your inflammation greatly. Why is poison constantly entering our body whether it’s what we eat, drink or wash our bodies with. Why do only 25% of people actually constantly get exercise? Why are 90% of people breathing incorrectly?

Why do Americans not meditate or do yoga? Why is everyone drinking alcohol, instead of taking psychedelic’s. I think people don’t realize how long we are supposed to live. In the bible it states that people would live to be up to 500 years old. Honestly it makes sense.

One they would walk barefoot all over the place which greatly reduces all inflammation. They were in states of joy due to God, so they had high serotonin levels and probably knew how to relax better than we do. They got plenty of sun. Regular work was basically exercise and was certainly not as stressful as the job you currently have. They would meditate/pray and fast all the time. Food was more nutrient dense since the soil that farmers used wasn’t so worn out and they weren’t eating poison. New archeological discoveries have found that the Greeks used ergot in their wine, which is a psychedelic. People would get energy healing like reiki constantly.

They may have not realized it back then, but they were following this article perfectly. It’s funny billionaires are spending so much money on trying to live longer, hoping that science can find some sort of fountain of youth. When in fact there is so much
that science has already discovered that can help you live much longer, but they are just to lazy too incorporate it.

Amidst the culinary chaos, there are indeed a few products that can act as beacons of health, helping to counteract the less-than-stellar choices we often make. To fortify our bodies with vital nutrients, we must first acknowledge the unsettling reality highlighted by this article: “Micronutrient Inadequacies in the US Population.” While we’re gorging on calorie-rich junk and overdosing on sodium, we’re simultaneously starving our bodies of the very nutrients they crave. It’s a sobering truth that, on average, ZERO percent of Americans consistently hit the mark on daily recommended nutrient intake.

There is a silver lining, though. Vitamins C and A seem to be well-represented in our diets, but other essential nutrients, like magnesium, are woefully lacking. Enter Dr. Wallach, a visionary naturopathic physician whose research links nutrient deficiencies, such as selenium, to conditions like cystic fibrosis. He postulates that a host of diseases, including cancer, can be traced back to nutritional deficiencies.

So, how do we ensure our bodies receive the nourishment they deserve? I wholeheartedly endorse Life Extension vitamins, along with their magnesium supplements. Additionally, consider incorporating Shilajit and Turmeric extract into your daily regimen. With these powerhouses in your corner, you’ll be well on your way to achieving optimal nutrient intake and providing your body with the sustenance it craves.

Tenant Eight: Activate the Parasympathetic Nervous System

Behold, the elusive Fountain of Youth – only accessible when we surrender to tranquility rather than succumb to the primal clutches of fight or flight. You see, our sympathetic nervous system awakens during moments of stress, unleashing the hormone cortisol, an unwelcome harbinger of aging. Surprisingly, this fight or flight response isn’t reserved for life-threatening situations alone.

In the eye-opening article, “Impact of Social Media on Society,” it’s revealed that mere notifications from social media can trigger this reaction. Stress, whether from work or virtual interactions, keeps us in a perpetual state of cortisol production. So, how do we escape this cycle? By activating our parasympathetic nervous system – the peaceful counterpart that emerges when we’re at ease.

The University of Toledo prescribes a simple yet effective solution: proper breathing. But beware, for 90% of us are guilty of flawed breathing techniques. The secret lies in diaphragmatic breathing, where we engage our bellies rather than our chests. Moreover, exhaling should always be longer than inhaling. The fact that this invaluable knowledge remains largely untapped by schools, parents, and doctors is one of life’s most perplexing enigmas.

Tenant Nine: Stimulate the Vagus Nerve

Aha! Now that you’ve unlocked the secret to activating the parasympathetic nervous system, prepare to harness the power of the mighty vagus nerve. This remarkable nerve, the longest in our bodies, weaves an intricate path from the brain, through the spinal cord, and to every organ, making it an integral part of the parasympathetic nervous system. Its significance in regulating heart rate and the cardiovascular system is well-documented in the study, “Vagus Nerve Stimulation.

To optimize your heart rate and cardiovascular system, strive to enhance your vagal tone – essentially, amplifying vagus nerve activity. Fear not, for achieving this is a delightful affair involving cold plunges, melodious singing, and soothing massages. As you serenade the world with your voice, remember that the vagus nerve, ever so considerate, connects directly to your vocal cords, bestowing upon you the gift of vagal stimulation.

Tenant Ten: Maintain Perfect Posture Always

Alas, all the aforementioned efforts may be in vain without the critical foundation of good posture. Dr. Gregg Gerstin, the esteemed lead chiropractor at Align Wellness Center, cautions that an improperly aligned spine hinders vagus nerve stimulation, as the nerve emerges from the brainstem and traverses the spinal column. A staggering 65% of adolescents in China suffer from poor posture, according to one study. One can only surmise that the situation among adults is even more dire.

In a compelling Japanese study titled “Spinal posture in the sagittal plane is associated with future dependence in activities of daily living,” researchers discovered a troubling link between poor posture and significantly reduced lifespans. Rectifying one’s posture is a Herculean task, but fear not! I wholeheartedly endorse investing in a posture corrector – an affordable, straightforward solution that can effortlessly help you stand tall and proud.

Tenant Eleven: Get All the Sun You Can Get.

Another, somewhat known, secret is making sure you get substantial amount of sun. A Study called Benefits of Sunlight  states the sunlight gives you vitamin D, boost serotonin levels, and helps maintain melatonin which helps sleep. In this day and age people are so horrified of getting skin cancer from the sun. Yes high amounts of ultraviolet radiation do cause skin cancer, but it’s only high amounts. As a matter of fact, do you know that a type of treatment to cure skin cancer is UVB phototherapy? UVB is ultraviolet light just like the sun. In a study called UVB phototherapy and skin cancer risk: a review of the literature, UVB, which is ultraviolet radiation, is a safe way to treat skin cancer. The absurdity is obvious. This thought that the sun is bad for you needs to end. Yes if you don’t go outside all year then you go outside on a hot summer day for three hours, then your skin will get damaged. That damage does in fact cause skin cancer. However if you work your way up slowly, working up to 3 hours, then your risk is nonexistent. You can actually prevent skin cancer by constantly getting sun. Dr. Leonard Coldwell is one of the leading doctors trying to change this mainstream paradigm of the sun. He believes that skin cancer is a non issue stating that skin cancer can be cured with hemp oil. Here is a study called Roles of cannabinoids in melanoma: Evidence from in vivo studies. He highly suggests people should be getting more sunlight than what they are receiving. The best way our body receives  vitamin D is through the sun, and vitamin D is critical to being able to absorb more calcium for bone growth and improve our immune system.

Tenant Twelve: Every Once in a While Trip Out on Psychedelics

I spoke a little earlier about psychedelics being a good alternative to alcohol. This is not a lesser than two evils situation, psychedelics are the key to finding your everlasting youth. Not only are psychedelics not very addictive they can help anxiety, depression, and addiction, found in a study called Psychedelic medicine. That’s not all, psychedelics literally make you intelligent. In a study called Psychedelics promote structural and functional neural plasticity it was found that psychedelics allow for neurogenesis to occur. What is neurogenesis? It’s the creation of new neurons and pathways in the brain. This is incredible, neurons slowly deteriorate with age so anything that can cause the opposite is greatly beneficial. In a study called psychedelics as Novel Therapeutics in Alzheimers Disease, psychedelics was shown to help with Alzheimers. Worried about breaking the law? Try out, blue lotus, a psychedelic that is fully legal. Earlier I stated psychedelics as a great alternative to alcohol, but I bet you didn’t think that it can help you live a longer life.

Meditation

Tenant Thirteen: Meditation is the Fountain of Youth

Now we will get into the biggest cheat code hack of them all and that is meditation. Meditation is the Fountain of Youth, all this other stuff that I mentioned is nothing compared to what the mind is capable of in a relaxed state. First of all here is a study called The Relaxin-3 Receptor,RXFP3, Is a modulator of Aging related disease. Relaxin-3 is a receptor that gets activated when you are relaxed. This receptor is specifically involved in the aging process and causes aging.  Meditation is one of the best ways to relax. Aside from making you relax the benefits of meditation are enormous. There are many studies that show this, one is called mediation slow rate of cellular aging cognitive stress, mindfulness, and telomeres. Another study is called Zen meditation length of telemers. For those of you who don’t know the body is made up of cells. You have skin cells, bone cells, brain cells, heart, you name it. In each cell there is a nucleus that has DNA. DNA replicates itself very often because cells die all the time. However when a DNA replicates there is one strand, known as the lagging strand that gets shorter. To prevent this the DNA has parts called telemeres which are ends of DNA that contain no important genetic information. There is an enzyme called telomerase that repairs telemeres, however telomerase activity decreases with age. It was found that meditating can actually increase telemerase activity which means that when you are mediating you are increasing the span of your life on the cellular level, in theory, you could live much longer. Meditation when combined with some research is the Fountain of Youth to living forever.

First, let me discuss some new findings that are about the heart and brain relationship. Dr. Gregg Brandon, a well known public figure, has been publicizing the findings of  The Institute of Heart-Math. They have discovered that the brain takes orders from the heart. When you feel a certain emotion, that causes the heart to send signals to the brain. When we have emotions of gratitude, appreciation, the signals it sends to the brain put the brain in a relaxed state. When the brain is in a relaxed state it produces anti aging hormones and causes a signal frequency of 1.0hz. This is known as heart brain coherence, and it improves vascular pressure and can prevent stroke. Dr. Gregg Brandon recommends heart meditation where you incorporate these positive emotions into your meditation. While performing this meditation it is recommended that you listen to binaural beats. In a study called Can Binaural Beats increase focus, it was found that binaural beats can help put you in a meditative state. It’s the super cheat code to starting your meditations off right. Something to also do is make sure you take astragalus before you meditate. In a study called Anti-Aging Implications of Astragalus in this study it was found that astragalus increases telomerase activity. My recommendation while mediating if you have trouble relaxing is to just think about the process of how telomerase is created.

Tenant Fourteen: Focus on your spiritual Health

Next up you might notice during your meditation it is hard to think of positive emotions, really feeling gratitude and appreciation. Well that is because your spiritual health is not where it should be. One of the best ways to improve your spiritual health is by getting reiki. What is reiki? Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, as well as reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Now there is some real science that exists for this.  In a study called Energy medicine treatment for carpal tunnel it was found that energy healing, like reiki, was able to provide clinically significant improvements to carpal tunnel. Before you think that it’s a placebo here is a study called Reiki better than Placebo. There are many instances that show that reiki can lower pain of just about any kind. Many people claim reiki can help them relax and improve their mental and emotional health.

Tenant Fifteen: See Medical Intuitives

On top of that another thing I recommend that many people might find skeptical is seeing a medical intuitive.  Believe it or not there are many people that claim to have this ability, and they are able to see and know what is wrong with you. I myself had this done, and they were able to know that I had pelvic floor issues, without me saying anything. Still skeptical? Here is an article called Assessing the Accuracy of Medical Intuition where it was found that certain people who claimed to have medical intuition were 94% accurate at determining what someone’s health issues are. Now I understand not wanting to get scammed, but just about every person that offers this doesn’t charge if they are wrong. So you really have nothing to lose. Come in and tell them absolutely nothing about your health and see if they can figure out something you already know. If they can then you should listen to the things you weren’t aware, and if they are wrong then you don’t have to pay anything. What do you lose other than time? The risk vs reward is so worth it you might catch something wrong with you way earlier than regular medicine can. I highly recommend a man named Patrice who lives in France.

Incorporating all these secrets will make you live longer the question is will  you do it? Honestly people need to understand that we really don’t know how long a healthy person can live. Guys I am writing this article and even I can’t do everything listed in the article, technically I’m not healthy. How many people are truly healthy, I don’t think anyone is to be honest. Food was more nutrient dense since the soil that farmers used wasn’t worn out and they weren’t eating poison. When in fact there is so much that science has already discovered that can help you live much longer, but they are just to lazy too incorporate it.
